Parent Information Sessions

New this year - we are holding information sessions for parents who are considering enrolling their children in the program but have not yet done so, and have never attended an information or information session before. During the information session, parents will learn about our program and will have a chance to ask questions about it.

Information sessions are for parents only - children are not to attend as there will be nothing for them to do and they will distract other parents from the discussion. Please select one session from the dates listed below when you register for the program.

Information sessions, regardless of which school your children attend, will be held either in the auditorium at Nixon elementary, 1711 Stanford Avenue, Stanford, CA 94305 (map), or at Covington school, room to be announced.

Information session dates and times for afterschool math:

Friday Sept 18: 5-6pm (Los Altos - Covington School)
Thursday Sept 24: 7-8pm (Palo Alto - Nixon Elementary)
Friday Sept 25: 5-6pm (Los Altos - Covington School)
Thursday Oct 1: 7-8pm (Palo Alto - Nixon Elementary)

You MUST sign up in advance for the information session date you want by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

You do not need to tell us if you change your mind and decide to attend a different information session.

We may cancel information sessions which do not have a sufficient number of parents signed up to attend. If we do that, we will notify you by email if you have signed up for that session.
