Michael Rauta has ten years of experience in technology, education, and consulting. Prior to starting F4Ed, Michael served as Director of Business Development at Xtime, where he held product management, business development, and sales roles, and helped the company raise $20M in venture funding. Xtime has received numerous accolades including the CIO 100 Award and has been featured at the Demo and Showcase conferences. Before joining Xtime, Michael was a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting. He has taught math to prospective high school math teachers in Brooklyn and SAT courses for Kaplan. He was one of 100 students nationwide recognized by the White House as a Presidential Scholar for academic achievement. Michael speaks French, English, and Romanian, has studied seven other languages, has six US patents issued or pending, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Physics from Harvard University. Michael completed an MBA and master’s degree in Education from Stanford University and is presently a consultant with a leading strategy consulting firm.
