New Parents

IMPORTANT: We require all parents who did not already attend an orientation session to attend a mandatory 2-hour parent orientation session. Please select one session from the dates listed below when you register for the program. Children who were not enrolled in one of our math programs last spring must also attend the session and complete placement worksheets to be placed into math groups before the start of the program.

All orientation sessions, regardless of which school your children attend, will be held in the auditorium at Nixon elementary, 1711 Stanford Avenue, Stanford, CA 94305 (map).

Orientation session dates and times for afterschool math:

Sat Sept 27: Attend either 10-noon, 1-3, or 3-5pm session
Sun Oct 5: 10-noon, 1-3, or 3-5pm
Sat Oct 11: 1-3pm only

Note that ALL of the orientation sessions for ALL of the schools are held at Nixon elementary in Palo Alto (all parents should go to Nixon for the orientation, even if your children go to a different school to attend the program itself).

To enroll two children through our system, select "2 Registrations" from the checkbox options. To enroll three children, select BOTH the "1 Registration" AND the "2 Registrations" option.

IMPORTANT: Immediately after registering, you will receive an email confirmation listing YOUR NAME on it - not your children's- and it will be your only receipt. It also has our tax ID on it for tax purposes. Please do not lose this email.

The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide to the payment system, so please provide an address that you check frequently. If your provide a Yahoo email address, the confirmation email will most likely go to your Bulk mail folder, so please check there in about 5 minutes after paying (or provide a non-Yahoo email address instead).
