A Typical Day

Even though we do 'real academics' and the children learn a lot, they also have great fun while learning.

Our instructors make the experience fun for the children, taking breaks as needed and combine games and learning throughout the day.

This may surprise you given the subjects we cover, but most children end up loving their experience and want to come back the next summer with their friends!

Our instructors tailor each day to the children's needs, combining academics and fun activities to keep the children engaged while learning and having fun. Therefore, each day's schedule will be slightly different.

However a typical day might look as follows:


Half-Day Morning Program

8:30 Arrival & warm-up activities (connect four, chess, or uno)
8:45 Fun Math
9:30 Break
9:45 Fun Science
10:30 Fun Reading
11:15 Chess, Art, or Music
11:55 Clean up
12 noon Parent pick-up

For children participating in our full day program, the fun and learning continues.


Full-Day Continuation

The Half-Day Morning Program, plus:

12:30 Lunch (please bring from home)
1:00 Music
1:30 Arts & Crafts
2:00 Writing
2:30 Geography
2:40 Chess class
3:00 Chess games
3:30 Basketball class
4:00 Basketball game
4:30 Game break
4:50 Clean up
5:00 Parent pick-up
